Leadership of the delivery of Three’s data and analytics transformation programme, reporting to the Chief Data Officer; comprising operating model change, technology transformation, and organisational redesign. Prior to this, successfully led a key initiative to catalyse data-driven, agile innovation within Three; objectives to step-change Three’s ‘hit rate’ for market releases, strategic alignment of initiatives, and ‘data & analytics baked-in’.

The UK’s largest employment agency with £1bn revenue
Leadership of a digital workplace transformation programme centred around the introduction of devices and productivity software to step-change employee productivity. Reporting to CTO, brought in to lead Discovery phase before handing over to in-house team – incl. vision setting, business case creation, and managing vendor selection/RFP/RFI processes.
IHS Markit
A global information and insight provider with 13,000 employees
Leadership of a programme to revolutionise IHS Markit’s value chain, specifically how it sourced, augmented and commercialised data using artificial intelligence (machine learning and natural language processing). Included leadership of significant changes to product management in order to exploit the new technology.
Kingfisher
The leading European home improvement retailer with £11bn revenue
Leadership of an organisation-wide business transformation programme significantly impacting all customer and internal touchpoints, incl. digital/technology. Worked closely with Chief Customer Officer; designed and established programme management framework; defined and structured projects within the programme; secured budget (tens of £millions) via development of business case; leading role in development of the digital vision, web and mobile experience and roadmap.
Avios
The global travel rewards currency and sister company to British Airways
Leadership of a major digital transformation initiative focused on Avios.com, Avios’s main channel to market and e-commerce platform. Worked closely with the Innovation Director (C-suite); defined strategy, created and evangelised the vision for the new avios.com; managed stakeholders and built a cross-functional team; created business cases to secure required budget (multi- £million); led operating model change to SCRUM/Agile, and delivery of new avios.com platform.

Britvic’s portfolio of drinks brands includes Robinsons, Tango and Purdey’s
Leadership to step-change the digital capability of Britvic Drinks' marketing function, spanning their full brand portfolio. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer; definition of Britvic’s Digital Transformation Strategy, comprising a set of digital capabilities and component workstreams – incl. People, Systems and Software, Content, Industry Partnerships.
The Coca-Cola Company
One of the biggest brands and marketers in the world, with a global presence
Responsible for the pan-European delivery of a highly strategic global marketing automation, CRM and customer services technology platform, to enable omni-channel (incl. website) customer experiences, marketing and service. Also owned the delivery of a strategic loyalty platform centred around content delivery, personalisation, and data. Rapid delivery of Coca-Cola's pan-European 2012 Olympics and 'Share a Coke' digital activity.
VCCP
Highly creative and respected London-based advertising agency
Managed transition of the O2 digital account from incumbent to VCCP. O2 was the biggest digital display advertiser of 2010 (Nielsen); VCCP were Marketing Magazine’s creative agency of the year 2009. Led successful and timely transition of the digital account; hired new team of digital PMs; rolled-out new/improved processes.

Leading retail design and omni-channel consultancy
Turnaround of the digital operations and project management functions of this leading retail design and omni-channel consultancy. Improved operations incl. studio management, recruitment, project management, creation of a digital process handbook and extensive digital document template suit.
